3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email OTP verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4.2 Paid Features

AI-powered resume rewriting requires purchased credits.
Starter plan: 5 credits for ₹99 / $1.99.
Popular plan: 10 credits for ₹199 / $3.99.
Pro plan: 20 credits for ₹299 / $4.99.
Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for users in India and US Dollars (USD) for international users.
Credits are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused credits within 7 days of purchase.
Used credits are non-refundable.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all resume content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell, share, or use your resume content for any purpose other than providing the Service.
AI-generated rewrites are provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and using them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload malicious files or content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Service

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI-powered analysis and resume rewrites are generated by artificial intelligence (advanced AI via Cloudflare Workers AI). While we strive for accuracy:

AI suggestions should be reviewed before use.
We do not guarantee a specific ATS score or job interview outcome.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to job application outcomes.

10. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms
